Yes. You can spread your annual balance into monthly installments through Nelnet Campus Commerce, enrolled through jwuLink. There’s an enrollment fee, and most plans are essentially interest free.
All charges for the year must be paid in full or arranged by July 14.
Yes. Students can set up an authorized payer, which gives that person their own login to view charges and make payments.
Federal privacy law protects your student records. Your parents need a signed Student Information Release on file before our team can discuss your account with them. Authorized payer access alone isn’t enough.
Most monthly plans are essentially interest free. Late fees, reinstatement fees or other fees may apply to some accounts.
Yes. You can use any combination of annual, semester, monthly and loan payments.
If the deadline has passed, holds will be placed on students who have not fulfilled payment obligations. Holds prevent a number of activities, including (but not limited to) course registration, securing a residence hall room assignment, entry to class, graduation and obtaining an official transcript. Students with holds will have a small window of time to clear all holds before the start of classes.
