Yara Mage De Jesus is a pastry instructor and a self-taught chocolatier. Mage De Jesus has over 12 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industries, including working in two Michelin-starred restaurants. Mage De Jesus is currently pursuing their master’s degree in nutrition at Johnson & Wales University, with a focus on integrating nutrition into the art of pastry and chocolate confections.
