Wes Roy currently serves as Director of International Admissions & Student Services and Adjunct Instructor at Johnson & Wales University. In this role he leads international recruitment, enrollment strategy, and student support initiatives and head immigration officer for the university. Prior to this, he held pivotal roles in international education and admissions at other institutions including Northeastern University, Roger Williams University, and Johnson State College bringing cross-institutional experience in recruitment pipelines, multicultural student engagement, and admissions operations. He also is active in the broader field of international education, having served as Rhode Island State Representative and International Enrollment Management Representative in Region XI for NAFSA (Association of International Educators) NAFSA. Wes’ experience spans building collaborative partnerships with global stakeholders, overseeing admissions technologies and workflows, and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds to thrive in U.S. higher education.
