Biography and Expertise
For more than 25 years, Dr. Scott Lyons has been inspiring lifelong learning and driving personal and professional success as an executive leader, educator, consultant, and coach. As AVP of Global Leadership Development Advisor at FM, he develops and facilitates high-impact learning and development initiatives at FM for leaders around the world.
In addition to his corporate role, Scott teaches organizational behavior and human resource development courses as adjunct instructor for Johnson & Wales University’s College of Professional Studies. He is also the founder of Lyons Synergy Co., a consultancy dedicated to inspiring and coaching individuals, teams, and organizations to heightened states of action and success. His approach, grounded in his Clifton Top 5 Strengths – Maximizer, Individualization, Activator, Responsibility, and Relator – ensures that he delivers transformative results for his clients.
Scott holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University, where his research focused on co-curricular student engagement.
