Ron Blum’s experience includes more than 12 years’ experience with Darden Restaurants, serving in both back- and front-of-house management positions. He also worked as sales manager and training point person for the director of operation’s nine stores in New England.

Blum also worked for Decas Cranberry Products as quality assurance manager, where he supervised the quality assurance department and the quality control lab.

Blum owns his own consulting business, The Organizational Guru, where he offers organizational and technology solutions for business and residential clients. He also holds seminars on tips for high school students on transitioning to college and with elderly clients looking to downsize.
