Biography and Expertise

To her HR consulting practice, Rachel brings a decade of leadership and multi-state experience. Her domain expertise spans startups to enterprise companies throughout the US, payroll (including Specialist work with Paychex), performance management, compliance, compensation, and benefits. Prior to consulting, Rachel held upper-level leadership positions with service and hospitality companies and has a strong background in operations, strategic planning, budgetary creation and controls, compliance, and working to create excellent environments for employees and sustainable company growth. She thrives in a team environment and loves bringing organizational discipline to her clients. Rachel earned her MBA with a concentration in HR Management and a certificate in California HR law, Rachel is also an Adjunct Professor at Johnson & Wales University, an affiliate professor at Metro State University, Denver, a travel enthusiast, a certified sommelier, and a yoga instructor.
