Born in New York, raised in Arizona, currently in Massachusetts

PhD (Management Systems Sciences, Wharton), University of Pennsylvania
I spent my first few post graduate years as an analyst for the Tempe and Scottsdale Police departments. Subsequent to receiving my PhD, I worked in the public policy and market research industries. I found my way to Johnson& Wales where I spent the next 22 years until my retirement in 2024. I continue at JWU as an Adjunct Professor.
