With a distinguished career spanning privately owned restaurants, prestigious clubs—including golf, yacht, and social establishments—and diverse dining programs across higher education, senior living, and summer camps, Chef Manning has honed both his craft and his commitment to nourishing communities. He also treasures opportunities to work as a private chef, where he can tailor his expertise directly to the needs and preferences of his guests.
A Cape Cod native who now calls Rhode Island home, Chef Manning’s cooking celebrates the depth and heritage of New England cuisine, with a keen appreciation for the global influences that have shaped regional flavors over generations. Endlessly curious about his craft, he continues to deepen his knowledge of baking techniques and traditions while remaining adventurous in exploring new flavors and ingredients from around the world.
