Biography and Expertise

I am full time Associate Professor in Charlotte, NC. I’ve worked for Johnson & Wales since 1997 and have loved every minute of my time engaging our exciting and diverse students.

I traveled extensively with the University studying wine and service in Singapore, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.

I am Italian American was raised in Northern, NJ. My Italian heritage and love of food led me to the Food & Beverage industry then to Johnson & Wales as an Associate Instructor.
