Biography and Expertise
Lindsey Donston brings over 13 years of practitioner experience in Connecticut state government to the classroom. Currently serving as a Legislative Analyst for the Connecticut General Assembly’s Office of Fiscal Analysis, she specializes in fiscal oversight and policy evaluation for several executive branch state agencies.
A doctoral candidate (DPA) at West Chester University, her research focuses on the intersection of Medicaid expansion and state budgetary health. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Post University and a Master of Science in Education from the University of Bridgeport. By bridging the gap between legislative fiscal reality and academic theory, she aims to equip the next generation of policy leaders with the practical tools necessary for effective public service.
