Biography and Expertise
After years of teaching the JWU front of the house curriculum in the traditional nine-day lab setting I transitioned to teaching the Beverage 4.5 credit classes which are a sixteen-week semester long format. My interest and focus on beverage have led to this transition. I have taught junior and senior level classes including, Spirits/Mixology, Foundations of Wine and New World Wine. I also teach the online beverage courses within the College of Professional Studies and have branched out to teach FSM and Hospitality courses face-to-face and online.
