Biography and Expertise
Dr. Leslie Brow is an experienced Special Education Administrator with a career dedicated to advancing inclusive education, student support services, and equitable practices across Rhode Island school districts. She currently serves as Director of Student Services for Middletown Public Schools, where she leads district-wide initiatives to support students with diverse learning needs.
Dr. Brow has held leadership positions in Warwick Public Schools, the Sargent Center, Narragansett Public Schools, and Newport County Regional. In these roles, she has worked collaboratively with educators, families, and community partners to design and implement high-quality, compliant services that promote positive outcomes for all learners.
Recognized for her strategic vision and collaborative leadership, Dr. Brow brings a strong commitment to educational equity and student-centered practices. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Johnson & Wales University, where her research focused on Social and Emotional Learning and its role in fostering supportive school environments.
