Biography and Expertise

I’ve been in the industry since the age of 14 starting as a dishwasher in “Western Mass”. Surrounded by people who love food my whole life I chose to attend JWU to obtain my AS in culinary and bachelors in FSM. From there I worked my way up Russell Morin Fine Catering to become the catering manager. After that I started my own popup restaurant the first is RI called “State Fare”. Using mainly only local farms and vendors. I met my wife during this and started a family. After that I found myself at Brown University as the Assistant Culinary Director of Brown Dining. Full circle, I’m now currently back teaching culinary at JWU and working on special project’s for the dean.
