Biography and Expertise

Kenneth Ivory is a transformational hospitality leader, Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality (UK), and Certified Food and Beverage Executive with the American Hotel & Lodging Association and National Restaurant Association. He brings over 35 years of multi-segment leadership experience spanning healthcare, senior living, behavioral health, higher education, business and industry, resorts, and contract foodservice management. As CEO of Ivory Hospitality Group, LLC, Kenneth provides strategic consulting, interim executive leadership, keynote speaking, leadership training, and operational excellence solutions for clients.

An Oxford Brookes University alumnus with an MBA in Hospitality Management and BSHE in Food Service Management from The University of Georgia, Kenneth has led operations for organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, including Sodexo, Cura Hospitality, Creative Dining Services, and Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts. He has served on the boards of the Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management (SHFM), the Food Recovery Network (FRN), and former Cabinet Member of CCRCs of LeadingAge Illinois, and is known for elevating service quality, driving financial performance, developing high-performing teams, and fostering hospitality-centered cultures.
