Biography and Expertise

Hi, my name is Dr. Kate Duchainey and I have earned a BSBA in Management, MSM in Management, both from Eastern Nazarene, and a Ph.D. in Organization and Management from Capella University. I have been fortunate to have a rich and multi-faceted academic career. I have developed courses, both in the classroom and online. I also have taught, both in the classroom and online, over 30 courses (Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Operations Management, Compensation, Benefits and Total Rewards, Principles of Management, Intro to Business, Principles of Marketing, Business Communications, Small Business Mgmt., Principles of Advertising, Computers and Technology, Microcomputer Applications/Business, Information Systems Administration and Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Organizational Dynamics etc.).
On my downtime, I enjoy travel and golf.
