She has held positions in the areas of human resource management, learning & development, business process mapping, retail, and financial services, and has worked with various Fortune 500 companies and a number of start-up companies. Bilodeau is a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
