Biography and Expertise

Jennifer Parisi teaches front-of-the house (FOH) operations and professional dining and beverage service techniques reflecting contemporary practices. Prior to joining JWU Parisi spent 15+ years in the luxury hospitality sector in several different cities throughout the country including Seattle, Park City and New York City. She worked in both hotels and free standing restaurants, in both rooms and food and beverage. While working in New York City, Parisi earned her graduate degree at NYU. Upon graduation, she continued in an adjunct position at NYU while working in industry. She is now in her 8th year of teaching at JWU and has taught 12 different courses over 8 years both on the ground and online. She has worked as faculty member for CFIT and COB.
