Biography and Expertise
Jeff Binczyk is an award winning, industry recognized executive with more than 25 years of experience in executive roles at successful startups, such as Flavorseal and Leyton, as well as global companies, such as Kellogg’s. As a 2024 JWU Doctoral graduate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, as well as a Business professor, he possesses a proven track record in mentoring aspiring students, creating growth strategies for startup companies, and launching cutting edge marketing plans. His Doctoral dissertation, entitled “Paradox of Logic and Emotion in Small Food Company Launches”, was published in May, 2024. Jeff is an active speaker at college campuses and business conferences, with upcoming engagements including Brown University’s Fall 2024 Speaker Series, as well as the 2024 Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers Conference in Boston. Jeff is also the Director of the Larry Friedman Center for Entrepreneurship at JWU, a Board member of the Providence Rotary Club, and the 2025 winner of the JWU Advisor of the Year. He holds an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in Technical Writing from Miami University (Ohio).
