Biography and Expertise
Greg Young is a financial advisor, tax planner, and doctoral candidate in finance and investing. He specializes in delivering tax-integrated financial planning and investment strategies to individuals and families facing complex financial decisions. Greg’s practice is rooted in fiduciary ethics, client education, and evidence-based portfolio construction. In addition to his advisory work, he teaches personal finance and financial planning at the collegiate level, bringing together academic rigor, industry insight, and a commitment to student formation. His current research examines investor behavior, tax efficiency, and the trade-offs between active and passive investment approaches, with particular focus on the stock-picking versus ETF debate.
