Giulio Ronzoni

Adjunct College of Hospitality & Business Hospitality Online

Biography and Expertise

My background in the hospitality industry goes back more than ten years. I was “Made in Italy” in 1988 and grew up there until High School, where I studied subjects such as Latin, Classical Greek, and Philosophy. I then moved to France, where I obtained both my Bachelor’s and MBA degrees in Hotel Management and Business Administration.

From working as a server at the “Bar Americain” and “Salle Empire” restaurant at the iconic “Hotel de Paris” in Monte Carlo, working at the front office in Paris, organizing the Formula 1 Grand Prix, the Yacht Show, the ATP Rolex Masters of Tennis, and the Royal Wedding events in Monte Carlo, assisting the IT Manager and the Director of Finance at the Ritz-Carlton in Ireland, and assisting the Hotel’s General Managers in Paris, Menton, and Roquebrune (France), I have experienced several aspects of this vast industry.

Landed in the US for the first time in August 2015 after obtaining an Assistantship from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Orlando, FL, I earned my Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D.) in Hospitality Management at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management, University of Central Florida in Summer 2019.

As a Lodging Industry practitioner, Dr. Giulio is genuinely interested in studying and researching different areas, such as Guest Delight, Branding, Diversity and Intercultural Management, Human Trafficking, and Senior Living Management.

In my free time, I love playing Beach Volleyball, Running, Swimming, and Golfing.
