Biography and Expertise
I am a career changer. I worked as a CPA/Accountant for almost a decade. I returned to school for both Culinary and Pastry Arts. I interned at America’s Test Kitchen. Then, when on to own my own business, a culinary school, teaching both culinary and pastry recreational classes. I also worked in the restaurant industry as a pastry chef at Little Moss in Padnaram, Massachusetts.
