Biography and Expertise

My background includes over twenty years of business management & leadership experience. I have successfully managed multi-site operations, high volume sales, and a diverse staff of both managers and hourly employees. Within my experience, I have developed and managed multiple budgets, implemented sound fiscal systems/controls, and designed and implemented training programs for large corporations, non-profits, and small businesses.
For over twenty five years, I have been teaching online and in-person courses at the master and bachelor level in business, leadership, marketing, and hospitality and have experience in multiple LMS platforms including Brightspace (D2L), Canvas, Blackboard, and Sakai.
