Emily Reaves completed her master’s degree in business administration from Johnson & Wales University in 2014, and her bachelor’s degree in International Hotel & Tourism Management from Johnson & Wales University in 2012. Emily obtained the certification as a Hospitality Educator from AHLA in May 2019 and a certificate in Hotel Finance, Real Estate, and Asset Management from Cornell in 2015. She has 8 years of experience in the hotel industry, having worked at properties including the Myrtle Beach Marriott, Wentworth by the Sea Marriott, and Providence Marriott Downtown. Emily was the head of Front Office Operations at the Greensboro Marriott Downtown before becoming a Customer Experience Measurement Consultant for Deloitte.
