Biography and Expertise
Professor Warrener began teaching adjunct at JWU in 1995. In 2002 he became a full-time faculty member in the College of Hospitality Management (now the College of Hospitality & Business). His teaching focused on food and beverage operations and management. During this time, he has had the good fortune to teach classes across the University…in Food and Beverage Management; Sports, Entertainment, Event – Management; The International Hotel School; Travel and Tourism Studies; JWU Online and within the graduate program. Professor Warrener served briefly as a member of the College Business in AY 2023-24 and has twice taught at Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Tourismo in Estoril, Portugal.
