Anthony has over 15 years of experience in human resources and compensation.
Throughout his career, he has held key roles leading initiatives in compensation strategy, pay equity, incentive design, annual incentive cycles, and HR policy development. Anthony is passionate about collaboration and relationship-building across all levels of an organization and works closely with senior leadership groups.
He holds a master’s degree in Corporate and Organizational Communications, with a focus in Human Resources, from Northeastern University.
